In December we serve a special December menu for groups. Whether you want to celebrate the Christmas holidays in advance or simply enjoy a delicious four-course dinner with your friends, family, or colleagues, PK Utrecht in the city center of Utrecht is the ideal place.
The December menu can be ordered either vegetarian or as a meat & fish menu. We also offer a matching wine pairing that can be added, and the sweet dessert can be replaced with a cheese platter if preferred.

Meat & Fish December Menu
Amuse-bouche
Crispy sushi rice with ponzu sauce and BBQ short rib
Wine: Sauvignon Blanc – fresh, citrus, light acidity
Starter
Blini’s with warm smoked salmon, horseradish cream and fish roe
Wine: Verdejo – aromatic, green fruit, fresh acidity
Entremets
Roasted beets with raspberry dressing, goat cheese and walnuts
Wine: Grüner Veltliner – fresh, spicy, elegant
Main course
Venison steak with roasted vegetables, Roseval potatoes and truffle–red port jus
Wine: Malbec – powerful, dark fruit, soft tannins
Dessert
Stewed pear cake with vegan vanilla ice cream, caramel, pecans and Atsina cress
Wine: Primitivo – ripe red fruit, light sweetness, soft tannins
